EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The 66th Annual Radiobioassay & Radiochemical Measurements Conference (RRMC) will be in West Palm Beach, FL at the Hilton West Palm Beach Hotel in West Palm Beach, FL from October 29th -November 3rd, 2023.

RRMC has a prestigious history of providing a scientific forum for professionals to present and discuss their work advancing technologies for detecting, measuring, and analyzing radioactive materials. Since its inception as a meeting place for the advancement of radiobioassay measurements, the RRMC has grown to include all analytical methodologies for the detection and measurement of radionuclides across a wide spectrum of industries and sample matrices.

With the receipt of your registration and payment on or before 30 July 2023, the cost is $1,500.00 (fee applies if paid by credit card). After that date, the cost is $1,600.00 (fee applies if paid by credit card). In order to attend, all attendees and exhibitors must adhere to our terms and conditions. Exhibit Information
Exhibit space in the Coral Ballroom (click link to see map) is available based on availability upon receipt of your full payment. Please note your preference(1st, 2nd, and 3rd) and any other considerations. Wi-Fi is available for free to the vendors and participants for normal activities in the meeting areas. If dedicated bandwidth is required a fee will apply. All vendors are required to set up booths during scheduled times and cannot tear down until scheduled tear-down times.

Booth Electrical
The exhibitor room has a few electrical outlets for general-purpose use but vendors are not allowed to pull into any outlets located in the vendor hall unless they have contacted EncoreGlobal and paid for an extension cord. Pelase reach out to Charlie Bakke at

O 561-231-6045 to arrange this. The website below will not allow you to order only the extension cord so you must call him directly to arrange this.

These outlets will not support large instruments or a large number of small instruments. Electrical services will be provided by Encore Global and you can purchase your electricity needs for the event via the link below.

Please follow the instructions to order any upgraded power, internet, and AV (monitors, laptops, etc.) for your tables.

Shipping Procedures
For shipment of booth, literature, or other items to be used at the meeting, please address all cartons and envelopes as noted below. Shipments should arrive no earlier than Thursday, October 26, 2023. The Hilton West Palm Beach does charge additional fee for the receipt and shipment of all packages.
