Directions to Kelly Canyon Resort:

From downtown hotels, take Broadway St. east to highway US-26. Turn left/north onto US-26/Northgate Mile/Yellowstone Ave and travel approximately 19 miles. 

Turn left onto 160 E and travel approximately 2 miles to a T, where you’ll turn right onto Heise Rd.

Follow Heise Rd for another mile, around a bend and across a bridge over the Snake River to another T, where you’ll turn right.

Continue on Heise Rd past the hot springs, golf course, and campgrounds. Stay to the left as the road becomes E Kelly Canyon Rd. The resort is about 2 miles up the canyon from the point where you start climbing.

RRMC 2025 Oral Presentation Information:

• Unless otherwise specified, all talks are 30 minutes total. We encourage you to leave time for questions and discussion.

• Please check in and transfer your presentation to the technical committee the day before your talk. We recommend bringing your presentation in ppt form on a flash drive with a backup you can access on Google Drive. 

• A laser pointer/remote slide advancer will be available. We recommend checking in early to go over its use prior to your talk. 

• Wi-Fi is available in the conference center.

RRMC 2025 Poster Presentation Information:

• Posters will be displayed on easels around the “Pre-Function Area” outside of the conference rooms. 

• For your display material there will be 30” x 40” foam boards available. Please plan the size of your poster accordingly.

• Posters may be put up for display beginning Monday afternoon and should be removed by Wednesday.
