All fees are subject to a credit card convenience fee of 3% unless paid by check.

The following registration fees include all events associated with the conference. During registration, you will have the opportunity to select which events you plan to attend. Your thoughtful selection will allow proper planning to avoid unnecessary expense. Money saved will be turned over to the next RRMC.

RRMC Attendee Registration $550.00
​
Payment must be made at the time of registration to receive discounted pricing. If paying by check – payment must be postmarked by 10/15/2023. Any registrations after 10/15/23 must be paid with credit card.
Payment of Attendee Registration Fee entitles registrant to:
* Welcome Reception
* Conference Dinner
* Business Meeting Lunch (We still need to settle details on the time and setting for a business meeting)
* Scientific Sessions
* Poster Sessions
* Exhibitor Hall
RRMC Student Registration Before 10/15/23: No Charge
After 10/15/23: $100
A description of who qualifies for this registration is listed below. Any registrations after 10/15/23 must be paid with credit card.
Student Registration entitles registrant to:
* Welcome Reception
* Conference Dinner
* Business Meeting Lunch
* Scientific Sessions
* Poster Sessions
* Exhibitor Hall

Student: A current university student, employed no more than half-time in the Radiobioassay and Radiochemical Measurements field, and whose attendance at RRMC is not sponsored, aside from university funding. Questions or requests for special consideration may be directed to info@rrmc.co. Students may attend all functions hosted during the conference unless an additional charge is indicated.

RRMC Emeritus/Senior Registration $350

RRMC Attendee Registration One Day Pass $150.00

Payment must be made at the time of registration to receive discounted pricing. If paying by check – payment must be postmarked by 10/15/2023. Any registrations after 10/15/23 must be paid with a credit card. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday
Payment of One Day Pass Attendee Registration Fee entitles registrant to events occurring on that day such as:

RRMC Attendee Registration One Day Pass – Thursday only $175.00

Payment of One Day Pass Attendee Registration Fee for the day of the Conference Dinner (Thursday) entitles registrant to events occurring on that day such as:

RRMC Guest Registration $160.00

A description of who qualifies for this registration is listed below. Payment must be made at the time of registration to receive discounted pricing. If paying by check – payment must be postmarked by 10/15/2023. Any registrations after 10/15/23 must be paid with a credit card.
The guest must fit the criteria outlined in the registration guide.

No Refunds will be given once your registration is complete. Transfers of registrations are granted upon request and approval of the conference chair.
Registration types:
​Attendee: A colleague or associate working in the Radiobioassay and Radiochemical Measurements field in any type of role within this market. Attendees may attend all functions hosted during the conference unless an additional charge is indicated.​
​
Emeritus/Senior: A colleague or associate over 60 years of age, who has retired from working in the Radiobioassay and Radiochemical Measurements field in any type of role within this market. These attendees may attend all functions hosted during the conference unless an additional charge is indicated.
​
Student: A current university student, employed no more than half-time in the Radiobioassay and Radiochemical Measurements field, and whose attendance at RRMC is not sponsored, aside from university funding. Questions or requests for special consideration may be directed to info@rrmc.co. Students may attend all functions hosted during the conference unless an additional charge is indicated

Guest: A guest is a spouse, friend, or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a radiometric-related occupation, field, or in any type of sales role within this market. A colleague or associate working in the radiometric-related field or studying or performing any type of radiometric work in school may not be registered and attend as a guest. Registered guests may attend the scientific sessions; as well as they may attend the welcome reception and other social events.
