69th RRMC (2026)

The 69th Radiobioassay & Radiochemical Measurements Conference (RRMC) will be held at the Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms, adjacent to Charleston, SC from Sunday, November 8th to Friday, November 13th, 2026

RRMC has a prestigious history of providing a scientific forum for professionals to present and discuss their work advancing technologies for detecting, measuring, and analyzing radioactive materials. Since its inception as a meeting place for the advancement of radiobioassay measurements, the RRMC has grown to include all analytical methodologies for the detection and measurement of radionuclides across a wide spectrum of industries and sample matrices.

Exhibit Information

Vendor set-up will begin at 3PM Sunday November 8th, the RRMC vendor show will run through Wednesday November 11th. Vendor breakdown can be on Wednesday evening or at your leisure on Thursday.

The cost schedule will be similar to what we had for the RRMC 2024 in Purdue, a bit more expensive, as the resort costs are considerably higher than the university costs were.  All fees are subject to a credit card convenience fee of 3% unless paid by check, ACH or wire transfer.

There are several forms for the vendors.

• Directions for shipping and receiving vendor paraphernalia into the Wild Dunes Resort. 

• Vendor Code of Conduct form to be collected from vendors. 

• Resort Map; the vendor show will be located in the Sweetgrass Pavilion (building 10) which is where the Conference is centered.

Layout is still evolving, but a rough idea of the layout of the Sweetgrass Pavilion is below.  The main sessions will be in the mornings in that Theater Seating 252 room (Palms Ballroom).  The vendor tables are depicted spread out in the foyer outside that room and outside the Tides Ballroom (the posters will be set-up in the Tides Ballroom from Monday morning culminating in the attended formal poster session on Wednesday afternoon). The morning vendor break breakfast buffets will be setup in the foyer directly outside the Palms Ballroom.  The afternoon breaks will be traveling Hors D’oeuvres throughout the vendor area.
