A description of who qualifies for this registration is listed below.  Payment must be made at the time of registration to receive discounted pricing.  If paying by credit card 3% convenience fee is included at check out.  If paying by check – payment must be postmarked by 10/8/2026.  Any registrations after 10/8/2026 must be paid with a credit card.
 
Full refunds of registration fee available until October 12th, 2026,  ½ refunds available until November 1st, 2026.   
 
The guest must fit the criteria outlined in the registration guide see below for description.

Guest: A guest is a spouse, friend, or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a radiometric-related occupation, field, or in any type of sales role within this market.  A colleague or associate working in the radiometric-related field or studying or performing any type of radiometric work in school may not be registered and attend as a guest.  Registered guests may not attend the scientific sessions; however, they may attend the welcome reception and other social events.
