65th RRMC Planning, Registration, Call for Papers and Workshops

June 2, 2021

As we transition from spring to summer, thank you for the support to present the 65th RRMC this October 25-29, 2021 in Atlanta.  We already have major sponsors confirmed while workshop and technical abstracts have been submitted.  Our Social Committee is developing a companion program to help explore Atlanta’s many attractions.

In the US, with the CDC’s new guidelines and more than 50% of the adult population already fully vaccinated, the momentum is in our favor.  Our website,, is active for individual and vendor registration as well as travel arrangements.  Details on our call for papers, workshops, and student support are a click away.  The RRMC mobile app landing page is  if you have not already downloaded the Attendify app to your phone.

Also in our favor is the unique nature of the RRMC, as stated in our objectives.  We are an informal open forum, discussing works-in-progress and common problems encountered during the development of state-of-the-art methods and procedures detecting, measuring, and analyzing radioactive materials found in environmental, biological, radio-pharma, and process solutions.

Now is the time to pull together your observations, hypotheses, and challenges by submitting an abstract to our technical committee or organizing a workshop.  We can not wait to help you optimize your next method or troubleshoot an existing one.   Even if you are currently not able to travel, we encourage you to submit an abstract as policies catch up with the broad re-opening in the US.   There is still time to personally register under our early bird pricing, until July 30th.  We are also offering day passes, student and, emeritus/senior rates.

On behalf of the 65th RRMC Organizing Committee,

Larry Jassin-Chair 65th RRMC
