All fees are subject to a credit card convenience fee of 3% unless paid by check.

Rates* for Sponsorship levels are as follows:

RRMC Exhibitor $1600

This fee includes one 6-foot table in the exhibit hall with 2 chairs plus two included attendee registrations. Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Payment must be received before October 11, 2023. Registering after October 11, 2023, must be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

RRMC Exhibitor Bronze Sponsorship $2650

This sponsorship includes one 6-foot table in the exhibit hall with 2 chairs plus one included registration and a sponsored break. Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Payment must be received before October 11, 2023. Registering after October 11, 2023, must be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

RRMC Exhibitor Silver Sponsorship $2950

This sponsorship includes one 6-foot table in the exhibit hall with 2 chairs plus two included registration and a sponsored break. Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Payment must be received before October 11, 2023. Registering after October 11, 2023, must be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

RRMC Exhibitor Gold Sponsorship $5600

This sponsorship includes a 6-foot table in the exhibit hall with 2 chairs plus three included registration and a 1/2 share of a special evening event. Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Payment must be received before October 11, 2023. Registering after October 11, 2023, must be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

RRMC Exhibitor Platinum Sponsorship $8200

This sponsorship includes two 6-foot tables in the exhibit hall with 4 chairs each and four included registration and a sponsored lunch. Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Payment must be received before October 11, 2023. Registering after October 11, 2023, must be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

RRMC Exhibitor Plutonium Sponsorship $11200

This sponsorship includes two 6-foot tables in the exhibit hall with 4 chairs each plus four included registrations and a sponsored reception. Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Payment must be received before October 11, 2023. Registering after October 11, 2023, must be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

With the registration for the vendors the following additional items will be offered:

Commercial Workshop $160/2 hours

Literature (copy provided by the vendor) to insert in conference bag $125

Advertising Banner on App $300

Additional registrants/workers at vendor table $325 (Monday through Wednesday afternoon, does not include conference dinner or Business lunch)

Conference Dinner $115

Additional Vendor Table $1100
